Easter 2016 Sunday Services at Traders Point Christian Church:  According to Pastor Jake Barker, “In a scene repeated in countless churches nationwide, people who rarely attend services will flock to hear the good news, the story of Jesus’ resurrection from the dead. After Good Friday’s solemn service marking the crucifixion, Easter is a celebration. A time of hope and renewal.

This Easter 2016 weekend, the megachurch (defined as a church that has 2,000 or more people in average weekend attendance) expects to welcome as many as 10,000 people, nearly double its average weekend numbers. That includes Good Friday, Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday services at the sprawling campus off I-65 in Boone County (Metropolitan Indianapolis, Indiana), as well as the church’s new Carmel location at Creekside Middle School.
