Dr. Kenyatta Shamlin-Haynes Biography: She is an internal medicine physician with Baton Rouge General Physicians. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Kenyatta decided to return Baton Rouge, Louisiana to practice medicine, so she could be near her family. She decided to become a physician because she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives and the quality of their health. Dr. Kenyatta also enjoys helping people look and feel their best at the Medical Spa of Baton Rouge.

Dr. Tasha Shamlin Biography: She is an internal medicine physician with Baton Rouge General Physicians. She is a graduate of Baton Rouge Magnet High School and Louisiana State University.
Dr. Shamlin completed medical school and dual Internal Medicine and Pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas before returning back to her hometown to practice medicine and be with her family. Her passion is her second business, The Medical Spa of Baton Rouge, where she helps people feel better from the outside in.
