US Marines Help With Typhoon Haiyan Humanitarian Aid Effort

Typhoon Haiyan:  US Marines and humanitarian aid supplies arrived in the Philippines on Monday, after the country was hit by one of the most powerful typhoons ever to make landfall.  More than 350,000 people are waiting on the much needed supplies.

At least 10,000 people were killed by Typhoon Haiyan.  The coastal city of Tacloban has almost been completely destroyed.  More than 4.3 million people across the country have been affected.  This powerful typhoon wrecked 80% of the structures in its path.
