This 24 minute workout uses one set of light dumbbells to strengthen and tone your entire body after pregnancy. The 1 means this workout is designed for when you are getting into exercise postpartum (and that can mean you had a baby weeks ago or years ago), but this workout is appropriate for anyone, as there are options for all fitness levels. Please make sure you have been cleared by a doctor for exercise after having your baby before you do this or any other workout.
