This 25 minute workout uses two kettlebells (they do NOT have to be the same weights) to sculpt and tone your full body, all while keeping your heart pumping for fat blasting cardio. Each move will feature two sets, so you’ll have the option to switch your kettlebells if they are different weights. Options for one kettlebell and all fitness levels provided.
