Clean up your body from the inside out!

Keep a food journal that includes not only physical symptoms but emotional (anger, etc.) and mental (anxiety and depression) symptoms as well.

Avoid:
1. Artificial Sweeteners
2. Gluten. Make sure products are certified gluten-free and avoid grains like rye and barley which can also include gluten. Gluten can hide is so many places, like luncheon meats and hot dogs.
3. Dairy. Casein which is a milk protein is also added to things like hotdogs. Lactose is added to homeopathic remedies.
4. MSG (monosodium glutamate) can go by up to 40 names. Symptoms of reacting to MSG can include excessive sweating, hot flashes, numbness, tingling, and headaches, among others.

Bottom line, listen to your body and when you experience symptoms of any kind, try eliminating the food from your diet.
