Army Staff Sergeant John Hosea was severely wounded in Afghanistan and his combat-related injuries threatened to destroy his marriage. His wife, Sara, reached out to Operation Heal Our Patriots for help. She applied to the program, and they were accepted to go to Samaritan Lodge Alaska for a week of marriage enrichment.
