since she was a little girl that was dead yep she’s a blessing 6:50 all right so I want to share with you about this book but this book is 6:57 actually a quotation from Genesis chapter 3 verse 11 first of all let me back up just a few verses this is after 7:04 Adam and Eve had sinned and when they ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil they their eyes were open they 7:11 immediately knew that they were naked and they ran and hid themselves and then in verse 9 this is Genesis chapter 3 7:18 verse 9 it says in the Lord God called unto Adam and said unto Him where art 7:23 thou and he said I heard thy voice in the garden and I was afraid because I was naked and I hid myself and in verse 7:32 11 the Lord said who told you that you were naked have you eaten of the tree whereof I commanded thee that thou 7:39 should us not eat so this is where the title of this book comes from who told 7:44 you that you were naked and think about this I could spend more time on this we 7:49 were only going to spend you know 20 or 30 minutes here so I’m gonna run through some things very quickly but if you would stop and think about it 7:56 the devil didn’t tell Adam and Eve that they were naked there’s nothing that 8:02 mentions that and God obviously didn’t tell them that they were naked because he said who told you that you were naked 8:08 and then he answered his own question right here he says have you eaten of the tree whereof I commanded you that you 8:16 should not eat and so he knew what the answer was he knew where this knowledge came from and this is one of the points 8:22 I’m wanting to get across where did their sense of shame and nakedness come 8:28 from it didn’t come from God because he’s one that asked this question and it 8:33 didn’t even come from the devil and you know I’m all for blaming the devil for everything that we can blame him for I 8:39 am NOT here to increase his popularity any at all but we can’t blame everything 8:46 on the devil where did our knowledge of shame and fear Adam and Eve ran and hid 8:53 themselves from God think about this Adam and Eve had nothing but God had been nothing but 9:00 good to them he had never treated them bad they lived in a perfect world there was no problems 9:05 there was no reason to run from God but they just instinctively knew that now 9:11 they were defiled that they were guilty they were unworthy they were filled with 9:17 shame and fear and they ran and hid from God not because of the devil not because 9:23 God put this condemnation on them you know where they got this shame from the 9:28 knowledge of the tree the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and let me 9:34 just give you another verse it goes right along with this this is in Romans chapter 2 but in Romans chapter 2 and in 9:43 verse 15 it’s talking about these people who rebel at God and it says in verse 15 would show the work of the law written 9:49 in their hearts their conscience also bearing witness and their thoughts the 9:55 mean while accusing or else excusing one another in other words this is exactly 10:00 what happened to Adam and Eve when they ate at the tree of the knowledge of good and evil just instantly they knew that 10:06 they were sinners instantly they knew that they were unworthy instantly they had shame they had fear where did this 10:13 come from this right here says that their conscience is the part that accuses are excuses them and so the 10:22 thing I’m wanting to get across in this book is that when they ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil that’s 10:28 where mankind gained a conscience and I could spend hours a matter of fact 10:35 that’s the reason I wrote a whole book about it explaining this but I don’t believe that God created us with a 10:41 conscience again the conscience is exactly what Romans 2:15 says the part that accuses our excuses us it either 10:48 gives us confidence or it gives us shame and condemnation I don’t think God 10:54 created us with the conscience because prior to sin there was no reason to be 11:00 condemned over anything there was nothing that God told us we couldn’t do he didn’t put down any restrictions on 11:07 Adam and Eve about their physical sexual relationship there any restrictions anywhere except don’t 11:13 eat of this tree and I believe that God knew that shame condemnation and things 11:18 like this he did not create us to live under that that’s not his will but it it 11:25 does say in the Book of Revelations that Jesus was the lamb slain from the foundation of the world he knew that we 11:31 would eventually reject him and once a person rejects God and rebels that God 11:37 once you become a fallen human being which all of us are did you know that the conscience is actually a good thing 11:43 some people don’t think so they think of this feeling of unworthiness this feeling of shame this fear that I’m not 11:50 worthy and that bad things are gonna happen instead of good things God never intended for us to have that but once 11:56 sin entered into the world it’s necessary for instance you know it’s 12:01 similar to the your sense of touch or pain nobody likes to feel the pain of 12:08 touching something that’s hot and getting burnt but did you know it serves a purpose you know I have a wood burner 12:14 in my house and if you weren’t paying attention and if you just were to lay your hand from that wood burner you 12:20 could literally destroy yours you could do a lot of damage I’ve burnt my bottom and send you my pants cleaning up and 12:27 cuddling it yep so and I bet you didn’t do it very long because of pain and so 12:34 see nobody likes pain but it serves a purpose it keeps you from really honest 12:40 oh yeah it keeps you from doing more damage well your emotions are like that nobody likes the emotion of shame our 12:47 feeling of unworthiness but you know it serves a purpose because it you intuitively know right from wrong you 12:55 intuitively know that I shouldn’t have done this and you feel bad about it it’s not a pleasant feeling but it serves a 13:02 purpose now if a person has constant pain not just when they lean up against 13:08 a stove or something but if you have constant pain all the time ah now that’s that’s terrible and you do things to try 13:14 and fix that but momentary pain to show you that you’ve done something that’s wrong quit doing it there’s a purpose to 13:22 it and I believe that God specifically told Adam need not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil because he 13:28 didn’t want them to know shame but once they rebelled he made it so that that tree somehow or another either activated 13:36 a part of them that it wasn’t functional or I personally believe that they gain 13:41 their conscience through eating of that tree and I could base that on a lot of things but you know the Lord kicked him 13:47 out of the garden not because he couldn’t stand them he was still fellowshipping with him in the fourth chapter but he said he lest they take of 13:55 the tree of life and eat and live forever he did not want them living forever in a fallen state in a body that 14:02 was susceptible to depression fear anxiety sickness poverty God had 14:08 something better planned for us and so he didn’t want them eating that in other words that tree literally could have 14:14 given them a physical everlasting life not spiritual everlasting life but 14:20 physical and so these trees apparently could could communicate could release 14:25 things in your life and so the tree of the knowledge of good and evil is descriptive of what a conscience does 14:31 and I believe that that’s where we gained our conscience and it served a purpose now the conscience isn’t a 14:38 perfect guide and I don’t have time to go through all of this but the scripture says in first Timothy chapter 4 that 14:43 your conscience can be seared with a hot iron it talks about people who as a last 14:49 resort they become reprobate and God just takes away their conscience and gives them over to a reprobate mind 14:55 that’s in Romans chapter 1 and so the conscience is a guide and everybody 15:00 intuitively knows that what they’re doing is wrong and I don’t want to take 15:05 too much of a sideline here and make a bigger deal out of this I could spend all night on this but the homosexual 15:11 community the people that are committing adultery the people that are lying and stealing and on and on you could go they 15:17 know in their heart that’s wrong and this is one of the reasons that they are having parades and trying to pass 15:23 legislation and let everybody approve of their lifestyle because their own heart is condemning them and they’re thinking 15:30 they can silence the voice of their conscience by all of this acceptance coming from everybody but he agrees it’s 15:36 okay it’s an effort to deaden the contents and you can didn’t your conscience so 15:43 anyway the conscience has a purpose and that is to show you your need for God but once you come to the Lord 15:50 you need to purge your conscience and let me use these verses out of Hebrews chapter 9 this is a powerful passage of 15:58 Scripture in verse 14 it says it was talking about the Old Testament sacrifices we’re only pictures they 16:04 couldn’t really cleanse a person they were just pictures and shadows and stuff but the body of Jesus was the perfect 16:11 sacrifice and it did what the Old Testament sacrifices could only picture so in Hebrews chapter 9 verse 14 it says 16:18 how much more shall the blood of Christ who through the Eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God purge your 16:26 conscience from dead works to serve the Living God you could turn this around 16:32 and say it this way you cannot serve the Living God with an evil conscience if 16:38 your conscience is still condemning you now see up until the time you get born again your conscience needs to condemn 16:45 you I know it’s not pleasant nobody likes it and say I shouldn’t feel shame but you should you know what we should 16:51 feel shame about when we’re living ungodly and when you’re living like an animal and you don’t you have the morals 16:57 of an alley cat you should feel bad and that’s what the conscience is for but once you come to Jesus and receive 17:03 salvation you have to purge your conscience from these dead works before you can serve the Living God or you’ll 17:10 always feel too unworthy to have God use you so here’s another verse in the same context Hebrews chapter 10 and in verse 17:19 20 it says that we can now come by a new and living way unto God which he had 17:25 consecrated for us through the veil that is to say his flesh and having a high priest over the house of God let us draw 17:31 near with a true heart in full assurance of faith having our hearts sprinkled 17:37 from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water that tells you 17:44 and it was using the example of the Old Testament tabernacle that you had to go past the brazen altar you had to go past 17:50 the lab you had to go into the holy place into the mercy seat of God but there were all 17:56 of these things there was a curtain that kept you from entering into the presence of God because you were unworthy but 18:02 when Jesus died the veil of the temple was rent and – signifying that now you don’t have these restrictions Jesus has 18:09 gained bought us access right into the very presence of God and now you don’t 18:15 need to approach God the way people did under the Old Covenant talking about oh god I’m so unworthy and stuff you make 18:22 Jesus your Lord and now you approach him in spirit and in truth and you are now worthy and you’ve got to cleanse your 18:30 heart from an evil conscience before you can serve the Living God and let me end 18:36 with these verses over here in first John chapter 3 this is radical first 18:42 John chapter 3 and in verse 19 it says 18:47 in hereby we do know that we know that we are of the truth and shall assure our 18:54 hearts before now before I go into the next couple of verses just think about this most people think that if you are 19:01 doing the right things and if you were in the right standing with God and if you were accepted by God you would just 19:08 instantly know it there would be no doubt there’d be no reservation you would just feel and know the pleasure of 19:15 God this says that you can be of the truth but you have to assure your heart 19:20 you have to remove the doubt you have to cleanse your conscience because when you 19:25 got saved your conscience didn’t get saved your conscience isn’t a part of your born-again self it’s in the solis 19:33 room it’s in your mental emotional part and your conscience can be defiled and changed like for instance Kerry and I 19:40 were both brought up in church and because of that I mean I was just I was talking to some people last week at a 19:47 conference I was at and man they lived terrible ungodly lives I mean I was of 19:53 the kind I’ve never said a cuss word and all of my I’m nearly 70 I’ve never said a cuss word in my life I used to have 19:59 dreams that I had smoked a cigarette and got woke up in hell burning in hell 20:04 I’d smoke the cigarette I mean my conscience was activated aggravated 20:09 amplified through the law and through religion there’s other people that grew 20:15 up stealing in line and this is just the way that it was so your conscience even though it’s a guide and you cannot deny 20:21 it you have to deal with it it’s not a perfect guide and once you get born again your conscience isn’t instantly 20:28 saved and now your hearts not going to condemn you because after all you’re a brand new person in Christ and God’s not 20:33 imputing your sins unto you no your conscience is still exactly the same as it was before you got saved and this 20:39 says you have to assure your heart before him my point is that God loves 20:46 you if you are born again God is now loved loved you forgiving you of all sin 20:52 past present and even future sins are forgiven but your conscience is going to 20:58 condemn you every time you do something wrong and not only when you disobey a direct command but when you fail to be 21:06 the perfect wife that you’re supposed to be you fail to be the perfect husband you fail to read the word as much you 21:12 know you should pray more your conscience will just constantly condemn you it never gives you a compliment it 21:18 only gives you a criticism and so even though you’re born again and now God sees you totally different you still 21:24 have to deal with this conscience and I’ve shown you a number of scriptures where you have to purge your conscience 21:30 from dead works to serve the Living God and so this is saying that you have to 21:35 assure your hearts this is talking about the exact same thing and then in verse 20 it says for if our heart condemn us 21:42 God is greater than our heart and knoweth all things this is another 21:48 radical statement yeah how could your heart condemn you if you weren’t wrong 21:54 this is saying that if our heart condemn us God is greater than our heart God here’s here’s one of the great things to 22:00 get out of this God is not the one who is condemning you he’s not the one who’s 22:06 making you feel unworthy and it’s not even the devil now the devil may take what your conscience is telling you in 22:13 condemning and amplify because he knows exactly how to use all of this against but it is not the devil that is 22:21 condemning you it is your conscience that is condemning you and it served a 22:26 purpose to show you your need for God and to bring you to God but once you get born again you need to learn how to 22:33 purge your conscience from ins chapter 8 verse 1 says there is therefore now no condemnation to them who are in Christ 22:42 Jesus who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit if you are born again there is no and the word know right 22:49 there is an absolute unqualified negative in the Greek it means zilch 22:55 zero not a condemnation and somebody’s 23:00 thinking but you don’t understand what I’ve done you don’t understand what Jesus has done if you were born again 23:06 even though you are guilty you are not condemned yeah you know I was seeing 23:12 something in class just a month or so ago and I forgotten exactly what I was 23:17 talking about I think we were talking about our kids Kari has perfect gifts my 23:22 kids were anything but perfect and anyway I admitted that you know I’ve made mistakes and I’ve done things wrong 23:29 and anyway a woman came up don’t you dare say that you didn’t make any mistakes they have their own choice and 23:35 there’s a partial truth to that I mean God was a perfect parent and his kids turned out bad so I’m not saying that it 23:42 was all my fault but she was saying don’t feel bad about it you’ve done you’ve done a great job in all this and 23:48 I said look I don’t have to feel innocent to keep from being condemned 23:53 and when I said that it just it was like I slapped her nearly she just stopped 23:58 and she could not equate being free from 24:04 condemnation without feeling innocent and this is why some people have to condemn other people it’s not my fault 24:11 it’s jet lag that made me they won’t accept responsibility for their own 24:17 actions they’re gonna say it’s jet now or they will sit there and say you don’t understand it’s my dysfunctional family 24:23 or it’s the color of my skin they cannot live free of guilt and content 24:28 without feeling innocent I don’t have to be innocent to be free of condemnation I 24:35 am guilty I have done things wrong but I have learned how to purge my conscience 24:40 and realize that even though I am NOT perfect God loves me just exactly as if 24:46 I have never sinned and so that’s what this book is all about is showing you 24:52 that this condemnation this sense of guilt and shame that keeps you from believing that God is going to do 24:59 something for you it’s not coming from God and it’s not even coming from the devil 25:04 it’s coming from your own conscience now it may be aggravated and amplified by the devil but it’s your own conscience 25:11 that condemns you and I know so many people that they want to live free of guilt and condemnation but it’s kind of 25:17 like they feel that I can’t bring myself out of it I got to have God just somehow or another do something give me a vision 25:24 a dream something special to show me that he’s pleased with me no you need to 25:30 take what the Word of God says about the blood of Jesus his sacrifice you and you 25:35 have to purge your own conscience from dead works so that you can serve the 25:40 Living God when I first got turned on to the Lord I didn’t understand exactly what I’m saying right here but God 25:46 showed me that he wasn’t the one condemning me and I knew that it wasn’t the devil directly and you know what I 25:53 did I got in front of a mirror and I looked myself eyeball to eyeball and I 25:58 started saying God loves you you are pleasing you are accepted in the beloved 26:05 I started saying what the scripture said and when I first said it I honestly all the hair on the back of my neck stood up 26:11 it was like fear hit me and I was saying in my heart oh god don’t strike me dead I’m just saying what your word says 26:17 about me I felt so guilty and so condemned but you know what I knew it was the word and I started purging my 26:24 conscience I started changing my conscience to where now I can say with Hebrews chapter 11 verse 6 that I please 26:31 God not because I am pleasing and everything I do but because of the grace 26:37 of God and I’ve accepted His grace I’m now accepted in the at Ephesians 1:6 and I please God and I 26:45 can say that without feeling shame and guilt and condemnation you know I was 26:50 just in Uganda and I was teaching on these same things and I was saying this to these people we had 8,000 people 26:56 there and I said you please God and then they started going I please God and we 27:02 were chanting this and it was awesome to see the way that it affected people we had over 800 maybe 900 people come 27:09 forward to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit and it was just really awesome so anyway this is good stuff and 27:16 we’ll be giving this out to somebody so we encourage you to sign up we’re going to give this away and like Kerry said 27:21 earlier you can call our helpline help singular line and you can ask for this 27:28 and they can give it to you so we have amazing questions and jet lag is no 27:34 excuse no excuse so obviously I’ll be getting the book and I’ll learn how not 27:39 to boy but you know what I have to say these questions specifically this time 27:45 man they’re all on points so we’re gonna try to get through as many as possible and again if we’re not able to get to 27:50 some of them please get this book but so I have a there’s kind of a heartbreaking 27:56 question here obviously but it is a question that is mimicked throughout many of the questions so Lisa on live 28:03 chat she said that she said my son committed suicide on December 15 2000 18th this has been very traumatic 28:10 I’ve been reading Hebrews chapter 9 I just want to make sure first John 1:9 isn’t saying he had to confess his sins 28:17 as the sin was known I’m asking his first John 1:9 talking about sin that we do know about that we need to ask for 28:23 forgiveness or we are not forgiven he had accepted Jesus as a savior a few years ago so there’s number I think 28:30 there’s maybe well if he was truly born again he was still born again the reason a lot of people think that suicide is 28:35 the unpardonable sin is because of first John 1:9 and they think that since you 28:41 killed yourself you don’t have time to repent of it because you’re gone and so therefore you’re damned for doing it 28:48 suicide is not the unpardonable sin Jesus didn’t say that and the reason 28:54 that people think it is is because they think you have to confess every individual sin first John one night first John 1:9 says 29:01 if we confess our sin he is faithful and just to forgive us our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness there is no 29:07 unrighteousness in your born-again spirit this is talking about your flesh if a person is born again their spirit 29:15 is in union with God and according to Ephesians 1:13 you’re sealed by the Holy Spirit and sin does not penetrate that 29:23 seal around your Holy Spirit it affects your body and it affects your mind your 29:29 emotions but it doesn’t affect your spirit and God is a spirit John 4:24 and those who worship Him must worship Him 29:35 in spirit and in truth and so if your son Lisa was born again suicide is a 29:42 terrible thing to do it is total I could 29:47 say a lot of things about it but I don’t want to add to your grief or suffer it’s 29:52 not the right thing to do I’ve told people before it is the most selfish thing you can do because you aren’t 29:57 thinking about anybody but yourself you’re going to be out of here and then all of the people who love you are gonna 30:03 suffer and grieve so suicide is terrible I’m not whitewashing it in any way but 30:09 it doesn’t send you to hell if he was born again he went directly into the presence of God and Lisa I know that you 30:16 may this is something I deal with a lot is when people have something like that when they go through a divorce when a person you know I just was with Gregg 30:23 Fritz and he ministered with me in Phoenix and his wife Carol she was 30:29 married before he was married she was married to Gregg and she was driving and they were doing an all-night thing and 30:35 she tried to stay awake and couldn’t do it and she fell asleep and rolled the van and killed her husband and one of 30:41 her daughters that was her fault and you know what her conscience smote her guilt 30:48 was eating her lunch and she went through some terrible things was even suicidal herself feeling like she was 30:54 such a failure and yet she was able to turn to the Lord and purge her conscience and now she’s married to 30:59 Gregg’s day she is a happiest person I mean you can’t see Carol Fritz without her smiling and she is totally delivered 31:06 from this and I just want to slowly say that you no I Carole was wrong it was her fault 31:11 and yet she found forgiveness it was the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ not her innocence see that purged her conscience 31:19 it was the blood of Jesus and ELISA whether you did something wrong or not you can’t take responsibility for what 31:25 your son’s done and even if you did something wrong you can purge your conscience God is so forgiving and 31:31 loving that you can be free from that so you don’t have to be innocent in order to be forgiven Nerissa and Christopher 31:40 and there’s a couple others that ask them of that exact same question so I think that was excellent so another 31:46 question here Alan on facebook says should we try to convince others of their sinfulness or should we assume 31:52 that they innately know they innate we know Romans chapter 1 verse 18 through 31:57 20 if you would read that that will answer a lot of questions because there’s some people that think whoa these people don’t even realize what 32:02 they’re doing is sin that’s a lie the Romans 1:18 through 20 says God has 32:08 revealed himself from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men 32:13 who hold the truth in unrighteousness and in the Greek that word all means all 32:19 it means all people who are homosexuals know that it’s wrong it’s a mind game 32:25 people who are committing adultery no it’s wrong there are people that you know the only exception to that would be 32:32 people who’ve gone so far they knew it was wrong at one time but they’ve gone so far they’ve seared their conscience 32:37 with a hot iron and they’re no longer responsive to it but that is the last step before you’re a total reprobate but 32:46 with that one exception everybody knows that they’re wrong and even those people who are reprobate at one time knew that 32:52 they were wrong they just seared their conscience and reached a place where it’s totally insensitive but everybody 32:57 knows they’re wrong so you don’t need to spend time trying to convince a person that they’re wrong I remember in Vietnam I had a lot of 33:03 atheists come up to me and and I used to try and argue them in to believe in God and now I just say look I know that you 33:10 know there’s a god you’re you’re deceiving yourself if I put a gun to your head and say I’m gonna shoot you you’d say oh god you’d cry up to the God 33:17 you say you don’t believe in it’s a mind game and so I just would buy pass it and I’d say that’s a lie you 33:24 know that there’s a god you know that all of this couldn’t have happened without God and I just start talking to 33:30 their heart and not their head yeah and I mean every time those people would say well yeah I know 33:35 everybody knows yeah that’s good so question here from Donna Donna Ison life’s house she says how do you know 33:41 when a person is retro babe well in a sense they can tell you because it says in Romans chapter 1 and 33:48 you can go read these verses it shows progressive steps that you walk away from being sensitive to God and the last 33:54 step is homosexuality homosexuality is the last step before a person becomes 34:01 totally reprobate this is what Romans chapter 1 says I know that’s not politically correct but it’s scripturally correct and it says down 34:09 there I’d have to turn over and read the exact verse it says because they didn’t like to retain God in their knowledge 34:14 God gave them over to a reprobate mind to do all kinds of ungodliness and that 34:21 word reprobate means that they’re no longer their conscience no longer functions they no longer feeling a 34:26 conviction a person who is reprobate knows that they’re reprobate they know they’re 34:32 going to hell and they’re thrilled because they hate God that much they have no semblance of right and wrong and 34:38 they know that they’re going to hell and they don’t care that’s a reprobate person if a person is listening to this 34:44 and think well maybe I’m reprobate and you’re you’re bothered by it you aren’t because you’re bothered by it 34:51 if you still say oh I don’t want to be reprobate well then you aren’t a person who is reprobate knows that they are and 34:58 they have zero conviction about it so when a person no longer has any conscience and they are just given over 35:06 to where they hate God and they know they’re going to hell and they’re glad about it that’s a reprobate person okay 35:11 so Stephanie em on life just says how can I get rid of an over active active 35:19 conscious and just rest in my position in Christ you have to go to the Word of God and like it said in Hebrews chapter 35:24 9 verse 14 you have to purge your conscience from dead works to serve the Living God and it says earlier in that 35:31 verse how much more shall the blood of the Lord Jesus cry purge your conscience of Jesus as just a 35:41 religious catchphrase they’ll say I’m pleading the blood what does that mean when you if you use it correctly when 35:49 you say that you use the blood of the Lord Jesus when you plead the blood what you’re doing is saying I am standing on 35:54 his sacrifice Jesus paid for my sin you know the life of the flesh is in the 36:00 blood he gave his life for me he poured out his life for me so it’s not just using the phrase I 36:07 plead the blood I clean my conscience by the blood but what you do you go and look at the sacrifice of Jesus and say 36:14 he did this for me Jesus literally suffered my sin my shame my rejection 36:21 Jesus died for me so that I don’t have to do this turn over to Isaiah chapter 36:26 53 and read Isaiah chapter 53 about how he bore our griefs carried our sorrows he was despised and rejected for your 36:35 sake so that you would never be rejected and you take those truths about what Jesus did and you use that to purge your 36:42 conscience and you just tell your contents I’m I may be guilty but I am NOT condemned I am free through what 36:48 Jesus did amen so you had a lot of questions on how do i purge my conscience how do I get over 36:53 the past so that is that’s the question for that so that’s the answer for that so that’s excellent so um CC on life has asked this she said 37:02 do those who celebrate the passing of the late term abortion bill in New York have a conscience well I’m saying that 37:10 there’s some of them I think are reprobate that they’ve gone too far but a lot of them it’s ignorance it’s 37:18 presented as this is women’s rights and it’s it’s a smokescreen it’s a lie if a 37:24 person understands what they’re saying you know I just read an article by a doctor about the New York thing and he 37:31 said that there is ZERO zero reason for a woman to abort a child in the third 37:38 trimester there is not one physical condition that would ever justify it it 37:44 is nothing but that woman doesn’t want a baby so there is no justification for it 37:49 there may be somebody watching this who’s ignorant of that and thought well what if the y-you know the life of the 37:54 mother or the life of the child there is zero medical condition in the third trimester once they reached that you 38:01 know you’re home free it is nothing but murder so there may be some people who’ve been lied about I just had 38:08 Marjorie Dan and Phil sir who is the head of the susan b anthony what do you 38:14 call that society and she was on my program and at one time she was pro-abortion because she honestly didn’t 38:21 even search out the issues she didn’t know and she just thought well it makes sense it’s my body but that’s not what 38:28 the word says it’s it’s not your body but from the moment of conception that child has an absolute unique DNA set 38:36 that has never existed before many times different blood type in the Bible John 38:43 the Baptist slept in his mother’s womb for joy at six months into the pregnancy 38:48 and Psalms 139 before my parts were even 38:53 put together in my mother’s womb God had written out all of my days in his book and if you study the word then you can’t 39:02 believe that abortion is okay it is murder and if you vote for people who 39:07 are for abortion then you are an accessory to murder that’s pretty strong statement but it’s true but not 39:13 everybody has that knowledge and God deals with us according to our knowledge you know Paul even said Jesus said that 39:20 blasphemy against the Holy Ghost is unforgivable you don’t have forgiveness in this life or in the one to come and 39:26 yet Paul said I receive mercy even though I had bless him something that 39:32 Jesus himself said was unforgivable Paul said I obtained mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief so if you are 39:39 doing something ignorant ly in unbelief that is in a different category than doing it on purpose and I’ll tell you 39:46 the people that are running the abortion mill they’re doing their stuff on purpose it 39:52 is a love of money and stuff it’s just a lying and deception people say but you 39:57 know Planned Parenthood does so much to help women’s health there are 600 and Parenthood’s in the united states 40:03 and there’s over 2,700 pregnancies centers and other things that do women’s 40:09 health and they do more of it Planned Parenthood over 90 something percent of 40:14 all of their business is abortion now you won’t see that in statistics because 40:19 they will say well we do counseling what’s their counseling about you need an abortion they do test what’s their test about 40:26 we’re gonna you know see if you’re pregnant and they disguise it but if you look at what plan Herot plan hood does 40:34 to produce abortion over 90 something percent of all of it has done if Planned 40:40 Parenthood was to go away there are over what would that be over six times are 40:46 five times as many other women’s health things to help with stuff as Planned 40:51 Parenthood Planned Parenthood is not doing any good they are murdering millions of children and it’s possible 40:57 that some people don’t know this you know Eunice UNICEF people think well that’s a godly organization you know 41:03 what they do they are the number one promotion of abortion in the world and so when you fly on an airplane and they 41:09 say put your extra change in here and help us help the children you know how they’re helping their children by 41:14 aborting them so that they don’t ever have the problems that others have so if people are ignorant of that that may be 41:21 why some people do it but if you’ve been watching this Bible study you aren’t ignorant anymore you can’t claim that 41:27 all right Matthew on Facebook says this he says Andrew I’ve heard some word of 41:34 faith preachers say the conscience is the voice of our born-again spirit I’ve heard that we can train and educate our 41:40 spirit and our conscience becomes the voice of the Lord speaking to us do you have any thoughts on this that’s wrong 41:45 and I hate to disagree I know there may be some good people to say that but your conscience can be to file first Timothy 41:52 chapter 4 is talking to believers that their conscience is seared with a hot iron 41:57 Hebrews two those two instances and Hebrews talks about you’ve got to purge 42:03 your conscience your spirit your born-again spirit is perfect and it doesn’t have any sin in it it never 42:08 needs to be purged so just the fact that your conscience can be defiled shows 42:14 that it’s not a part of your more in spirit and even people that aren’t born again have a conscience so no the 42:20 conscience is not a part of your born-again spirit and you can renew it and you can purge it but it’s not the 42:26 voice of God it is it God gave us a Content so it has truth in 42:33 it it has an intuitive knowledge of God but it is not perfect and it needs to be purged yeah 42:39 so question here David says this on life Jeff he says what’s the whole point of 42:45 preaching the gospel then if people innately know they’re wrong because they are trying to drown out the 42:51 voice of their conscience and when for instance when you sit there and say look I don’t care whether you say there’s a 42:57 god or not I know that you know there’s a god and you share with them Romans chapter 1 verses 18 through 20 the Word 43:04 of God rings true in their heart and makes this conscience come alive that’s what the law was about people compared 43:10 themselves among themselves and they thought well so-and-so got by with murder and so I’m gonna get by with 43:15 murder and they they didn’t the voice of their conscience but when the law came the law activated the conscience and 43:22 brought it back immediately – right so that’s the reason that we speak the Word of God because people in their heart 43:29 know what’s right but they are deceiving their own selves they’re living in deception because this is what the 43:35 majority of people say but when you start speaking the word it’ll ring true in their heart I couldn’t tell you how 43:41 many hundreds or thousands of times I’ve had people come up and say I knew these things in my heart but I just didn’t 43:47 have any confidence in it because I didn’t hear anybody else saying it so when I heard you preaching it immediately they knew it was true and 43:53 they just adopted it and stuff so that’s the reason we speak the word just knowing that you’re wrong knowing that 43:59 you have a need doesn’t produce deliverance you got to tell people what the answer to that is and people don’t 44:05 intuitively know that Jesus has died for their sins you have to tell them about that yeah 44:11 so James question Joseph Joseph says this can people be born again and then 44:18 seemingly do everything the opposite of what Jesus taught I think it’s possible but it’s certainly not desirable and my 44:27 first thought would be that I doubt the that person truly got born again there’s a lot of people who claim to be saved 44:33 but if there’s no evidence of it I would doubt it but it’s it’s possible because 44:38 all of us do things wrong so if you’re gonna say that if you’re born again you couldn’t do things wrong well then none 44:44 of us could be saved yes you can do things wrong but it’s certainly not what God wills so we’re out of time but 44:50 anyway this was good I would encourage you guys get the book this is gonna help you get those questions as well as call 44:57 our helpline and say you
