This short video will show you different exercise you can do while wearing your baby. Any baby carrier will do and good for babies or any age. Please make sure you’ve first been cleared by a doctor for exercise and that you are wearing the baby in the carrier correctly.

Exercises include:

Lower impact cardio–walking, step touch, hamstring curls, shuffles
Lower body moves–squats, plie squats, lunges, side lunges,
Upper body dumbbell moves out to the side–bicep curls, shoulder press, row, kickback

Start by doing one set of 10 of each exercise, then go through a second time for another set of 10. Workout your way up to sets of 20.
