After being a successful business man all of his life, Bill slowly slipped into an addiction to drugs and alcohol. “I was strong-headed and thought I could beat the addiction on my own,” says Bill. But he lost everything that mattered to him. He eventually found help at The Harbor, our yearlong New Life Ministry addiction recovery program at Portland Rescue Mission.
