GENERAL BOBA TEA PROCEDURE:
Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring to a boil.
Add uncooked tapioca balls (boba) and boil for 3 minutes. Sweeten water with 10 drops liquid stevia, if desired.
Remove from heat and drain boba balls. Add immediately to boba tea cup, or place in a bowl covered with water until ready to use. (Otherwise they’ll stick together!)
In a blender, combine milk tea ingredients & blend until smooth.
Pour blended milk tea over cooked boba, serve with a boba straw, and enjoy!

*Nutrition provided per 1 cup boba milk tea, each recipe yields 2 servings.
