  • In this featured video, Dr. Charles Stanley teaches “Waiting on God’s Timing”.  According to Dr. Stanley, God doesn’t want you in spiritual debt, he wants you to be free.  He says if God gave you everything you wanted when you wanted it, after a while, God would become the second place in your life.  Sometimes, the things we want are not in God’s will and wouldn’t be good for us.

    Matthew 6:14-15
    King James Version (KJV)
14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also
    forgive you:

15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father
    forgive your trespasses.

Forgiveness is essential for a victim to continue a semi healthy life
however to forget is not human as we have memories. Forgiving someone who
constantly hurts us makes victims of us. We forgive, try and try to forget
but the pain does not go away . We must leave people who constantly use us
in some sadistic fashion for their pleasure, these are sick people with no
cure! We must walk away even if we forgive but to forget it becomes almost
impossible. Ask a woman who was raped, someone who was abused , to lead a
    healthy life afterwards is difficult.
