For the past few months I have been getting ready for the wedding in every way possible, but now that it’s just ONE MONTH away so it’s time to focus on my skin!!
Many websites like WebMD say, when it comes to water, we should be drinking at least half our body weight in fluid oz EVERY DAY! Like if you’re 140 pounds, you should be drinking 70 oz of water every day.
So I will be drinking at least 64 oz of water every day for the next 30 days! Wanna do it to? I invite you to join me on the #30daywaterchallenge! Sept 1-Sept 30!
I want YOU to do it with me because you never know how much increasing your water intake will positively affect your body (it’s probably a lot)! You’ll feel less bloated, less ravenous, and more energetic! Plus your dry skin will hopefully become a lot more supple! Personally when I drink more water, it clears up my skin!
