Business Insider UK spoke to ‘The Apprentice” runner-up and DatePlay co-founder, Vana Koutsomitis, about advice for young women looking to become entrepreneurs.

“If you know, as a woman, that it’s going to be a little tougher for you that means you’ll have a thicker skin going in there and you have to be ready for a little bit more rejection than your male counterparts.”

“I believe that the most important thing to do is to find investors who are smart, who understand your product and who want to propel you forward, so they want to make your business a success alongside you.”
