Lack of sleep will make you more sensitive to pain, according to a study in the Jan 2019 issue of The Journal of Neuroscience.

All of us realize that it can be difficult for many to fall asleep when pain arises. The purpose of this video is to understand that if sleep is not permitted, then the brains pain centers change how a person will perceive the pain and react to more discomfort. Our future goals is to be proactive with other natural alternative methods like breathing exercises, meditation, and herbs to help our bodies relax (stimulating the Parasympathetic Nervous System) to promote better quality sleep.

Kindly share this video on your social media so we can educate others worldwide. I wish many Blessings to you and your loved ones! ❤️😊🙏 Dr M
