Jentezen Franklin and Love A Child Ministries Give Hope to Haiti | Kingdom Connection Village
Elevate Christian Network :: Global Humanitarians
Jentezen Franklin and Free Chapel is working with Love A Child Ministries to help feed hungry children in Haiti. It is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Haiti has the third highest rate of hunger in the world. Partners who give to both ministries make it possible to serve 3.2 million meals each year to help children suffering from malnutrition.
Donations have been used to build Kingdom Connection Village, which transformed a flooded community with a handful of dilapidated mud huts into a neighborhood of 100 homes; built the Kingdom Connection Distribution Center, a 30,000 square foot building used to store and distribute food to the needy.
According to the Jentezen Franklin Haiti Outreach web page:
While these physical structures are meeting the very tangible needs of the Haitians, there is a spiritual growth erupting within the community. Daily, they experience the love and mercy of Christ as we partner together to bring a safe, sustainable future to this once hopeless and impoverished area. As they learn to grow their own gardens and plant seeds in the ground—we’re planting seeds in their hearts.
