with him and so today we have a guest 1:09 that is an expert in this field it’s 1:11 Katie Souza from expected and ministries 1:13 and Katie you’ve been studying into this 1:16 area of the soul and healing for the 1:19 Soul for a long time now but not only 1:21 studying you’ve actually been applying 1:23 with your faith the redemptive power of 1:26 Jesus Christ his healing blessing is his 1:29 deliverance power and people are set 1:32 free all over the world because of your 1:34 ministry and so we’re just thrilled to 1:36 have you with us today on the program 1:39 and I know that you’ve got lots of good 1:40 nuggets for us so let’s talk about the 1:43 healing of the soul why is it important 1:45 well for me it started out as necessity 1:48 of getting this revelation because I was 1:51 getting sick with all kinds of things 1:52 reoccurring issues that would never go 1:55 away at bladder infections yeast 1:57 infections sore throats flus fevers and 2:00 it seemed like I was doing what I’m 2:02 supposed to do you know I was praying 2:04 believing the crane and I wasn’t getting 2:07 the breakthrough and so I knew there was 2:08 something missing and I didn’t 2:10 understand what it was and that’s when 2:11 God began to you know speak to me 2:13 through that scripture that will prosper 2:15 and be in health even as our soul 2:17 prospers and God began to show me how 2:20 certain things like sin and trauma can 2:23 wound our souls right you know isaiah 2:25 30:26 in the amplified talks about god 2:27 healing up the brokenhearted and binding 2:30 up their wounds that came from their sin 2:33 right so saying that when we sin or when 2:36 somebody sins against us or ancestors 2:38 sin it can literally wound us okay and 2:41 even like for trauma that traumas that 2:43 we live through divorces losing jobs our 2:47 children maybe someone passes away in 2:49 our life those traumas can also wound 2:52 our soul man 2:53 you know and a good example of that and 2:55 the Bible is job remember he went 2:57 through a lot of trauma right he had all 2:59 his servants killed and all his his 3:01 wealth was stolen his children were all 3:04 killed at the same time when a whirlwind 3:06 you know crashed the house down on on 3:08 them and then he himself even got sick 3:10 physically well those traumas wounded 3:12 his soul and we know that because 3:14 throughout the entire book of Job 23 3:17 times he says stuff about his soul like 3:19 I’m mourning and so on vexed and soul my 3:21 soul is being poured out and it was 3:23 always him making these statements in 3:26 connection to the pain the soul pain he 3:28 was feeling over those traumas and you 3:31 know Katie if if your soul isn’t that 3:33 much pain it’s going to affect your 3:35 quality of life in the same way that if 3:38 your body like has an injury like let’s 3:40 say someone you know cut your your arm 3:44 and you know your tendons are all 3:45 damaged and everything else then that 3:48 arms not going to function right and 3:49 you’re not going to have quality of life 3:51 so we can’t ignore this area of soul 3:53 healing in the same way as we wouldn’t 3:56 be able to ignore the need for a 3:58 physical healing yeah and even doctors 4:00 will say that when you live through a 4:01 traumatic event or something has 4:03 stressed you and your inner man they 4:05 don’t even really necessarily call it my 4:07 soul but they say that 80 to 90% of 4:10 their patients that have a serious even 4:12 a deadly illness right have suffered 4:14 some sort of a event like that than 4:16 traumatising to them so what happens in 4:19 here directly affects everything out 4:22 here including the physical body right 4:24 and you know when as we go around 4:25 teaching people how to get healed in 4:27 their soul we see thousands and 4:29 thousands of miracles I mean I saw a man 4:31 grow a lung back right he lost from 4:34 cancer win without soul healed 4:36 Wow and I believe the soul the wound 4:38 that was inside him actually caused the 4:40 cancer in the first place yeah see a 4:42 good a good biblical example of sickness 4:44 and the soul is the man at the Pool of 4:46 Bethesda remember him said he he had an 4:49 infirmity for thirty-eight years right 4:51 that’s a long time to be sick and a lot 4:53 of people are in that situation exactly 4:55 today yeah there’s so many mysterious 4:58 illnesses that even the doctors don’t 5:00 know how to diagnose because they don’t 5:02 know how to diagnose the soul hmm I 5:04 think that’s one of the issues 5:05 right for the amount of the pool 38 5:08 years what was it that made him in that 5:11 state for that long right well the Bible 5:13 says he had an infirmity for 38 years if 5:15 you look at that word infirmity in the 5:17 Strong’s it means weakness and infirmity 5:18 of the body and of the soul so was 5:22 saying that he had wound inside of his 5:25 inner man that was causing the sickness 5:26 now where did that wound come front 5:28 right well it came from sin and we know 5:30 that from the words of Jesus himself 5:31 when did he say that man after he got 5:33 him healed he saw him in the temple he 5:35 said I see your well now stop sinning 5:38 right or something worse may happen to 5:40 you see when we sin or someone sins 5:42 against us or our ancestors sinned it 5:44 can wound us and then cause disease 5:46 right come upon us yeah for sure for 5:48 sure even demonic oppression you know we 5:50 see a lot of people you know they’re 5:52 doing they’re making more with the enemy 5:53 and and they’re doing what the Bible 5:55 says to do you know no weapon formed 5:57 against us shall prosper greater is He 5:59 that’s in me than he that’s in the world 6:01 the name of Jesus I command you to leave 6:03 but they’re not having success or 6:05 battling that spear and it’s not leaving 6:07 it could be not every time but it could 6:10 be because there is a legal landing 6:12 strip is solely for that spirit to be 6:14 there and a good example is the woman 6:17 bowed over with the spirit of infirmity 6:18 remember her 18 years right her spine is 6:21 literally bent by a spirit a demon was 6:24 bending her spine that is like almost 6:27 beyond our ability to proceed right but 6:29 nonetheless that’s what the Bible said 6:30 right so what was allowing that spirit 6:33 to literally affect her bones like that 6:35 well it said she had a spirit of 6:37 infirmity right the same word used to 6:40 describe the man at the pool right it 6:41 means infirmity and weakness in the soul 6:43 right so she had something going on in 6:45 here that allowed the spirit to be there 6:47 once we get this healed we’ll start to 6:49 see a lot of things change will start to 6:51 see miracles happen in our bodies our 6:52 minds our marriages our relationships 6:55 our finances we’ll see our authority 6:58 over demonic spirits will greatly 7:00 increase right I mean today Katie you 7:03 know like there’s a lot of I think 7:05 frivolous thinking regarding sin issues 7:09 in the body of Christ I see it 7:10 everywhere it’s like oh well I’m under 7:12 grace oh that’s fine it doesn’t matter 7:14 you know but it really does and the 7:17 reason why God hates sin so much is 7:18 because 7:19 it can damage you or it says it hurts us 7:22 and he hates anything that hurts us so 7:24 we don’t want to go navel-gazing as far 7:27 as oh I’m going to keep looking because 7:28 if your sin conscious that’s going to 7:30 destroy you 7:32 also yes it is but we don’t want to 7:34 ignore the fact that right that our 7:36 souls need to be rightly stewarded watch 7:39 over are your hearts with all diligence 7:41 because from it flow the issues of life 7:44 scripture says it’s true you know just 7:46 like simple things like being offended 7:48 at somebody let’s say somebody really 7:50 does you wrong and they really have hurt 7:53 you and you’ve really not done anything 7:54 to deserve it right what happens is some 7:57 people mistakenly respond by becoming 8:00 offended saying words that person I 8:03 can’t believe what they did you know how 8:05 they have the nerve you know they need 8:08 to repent they’re completely wrong and 8:10 we begin to complain and be offended 8:12 well the Bible says in like proverbs 16 8:14 I believe it is or proverbs 26 it says 8:17 the words of a slander or a whisper are 8:19 like deadly wounds yeah that go down to 8:22 the innermost part of the being so we 8:24 think we have the right right you say 8:26 stuff about this person because they did 8:28 this and this and this and this right 8:30 but we’re actually putting deadly wounds 8:32 on ourselves and causing sickness point 8:34 oh yeah one of the times I heard you 8:36 speak on offense it was really 8:37 enlightening because I think you were 8:39 sharing a testimony about how you’re 8:41 walking through an airport and going 8:43 through the security lines and you’re 8:44 offended because of you know someone not 8:47 moving fast enough attending and you 8:48 know so often things like that happened 8:50 in all of our lives right every day but 8:52 we we don’t even think its offense 8:55 because you know it just feels like you 8:58 know we’re you know we have a right to 9:00 say it we have a right to think it I 9:01 mean after all and it just becomes 9:03 natural to us but God wants us to come 9:05 to a place where we are so in tune with 9:08 his love yes and with his purity and 9:11 everything that that that will realize 9:13 no that’s not his nature right it’s not 9:15 him thinking gosh that’s why I’m feeling 9:17 like that and so that we can walk free 9:20 from woundedness by by by being in the 9:24 healers love in the in in wholeness 9:26 himself 9:27 we gotta connect the dots I remember 9:29 this gentleman in like San Diego he had 9:31 a severe sinus 9:33 affection and he had it for years and 9:34 years and it was so bad it stunk okay 9:37 was always running and you could smell 9:39 it people around him could smell it was 9:41 that bad why when talk about the soul at 9:43 a meeting and about being offended and 9:45 he said the prayers and he got instantly 9:48 healed it dried up the smell left and 9:50 everything and he was amazed because he 9:52 never connected this horrible infection 9:55 with him being offended and it wounding 9:57 his soul Wow yeah it was amazing yeah 9:59 well and so one round of repentance and 10:02 cleansing cleansed everything yes it’s 10:04 true oh and there’s another thing there 10:05 too you know i lead people through 10:07 repentance and that’s the first step we 10:10 should always particular cross first 10:12 because jesus died for every sin right 10:14 including every sin that would ever 10:15 wound us but there’s something i think 10:16 that the body of christ is left out of 10:18 their daily prayer life and that is for 10:21 taking of something they already have 10:22 and that’s Dunamis resurrection power 10:24 that lives in them right so let me just 10:26 explain what that is okay so the Bible 10:28 talks about in Romans 1 that we that 10:31 Paul said I’m not ashamed of the gospel 10:33 which is the power unto salvation right 10:35 he’s talking about this power that 10:37 caused us to become saved born again 10:40 it’s resurrection power it comes into us 10:43 and it causes our dead spirit to be 10:45 resurrected in the new eternal life 10:47 right right okay will that power that 10:50 Paul is talking about there in the Greek 10:51 gets the word Dunamis now this is a this 10:53 is an amazing power right okay Dunamis 10:56 is resurrection power it causes us to be 10:57 born again it comes and lives inside of 10:59 us so right now every believer has a 11:00 tankful that never runs out right okay 11:02 well that word Dunamis if you look it up 11:04 in the Strong’s one of its meanings is 11:06 excellence of soul yes I love it so we 11:09 don’t realize right now we got a tank 11:10 full oh yeah power that can make us 11:13 excellent a soul I can heal every single 11:15 wound we already have it because Jesus 11:17 is excellent of soul and he is eternal 11:20 life and he’s dwelling within us and 11:21 when you just think of like this 11:23 excellence of Jesus and thought word and 11:25 indeed lives in on the inside and the 11:28 heat comes in fills our human soul oh 11:30 that’s how we’re taken into his image 11:33 his likeness because he’s living in 11:34 there and he’s given us that power to 11:36 heal every bit of woundedness that could 11:39 ever come upon us when we talked about 11:40 anything else that we do awesome yes you 11:44 know we 11:45 are going to come right back after this 11:47 message but I want you to get ready to 11:49 be ministered to right says he 14:23 felt that healing virtue that word is 14:25 Dunamis and she had been traumatized by 14:27 that 12u her long says so I believe he 14:30 healed her in her soul made her 14:32 excellence all and healed her physical 14:33 bodies and even if the issue of blood 14:35 itself wasn’t related to the soul yeah 14:38 the shame and everything that came with 14:40 that condition would have damaged the 14:41 soul and that’s what I loved about that 14:43 whole story is that he presented her 14:45 after she was healed he made sure 14:48 publicly everyone knew that she was 14:51 cleansed yeah it’s clear that whole 14:53 issue I love to care everything he took 14:55 care of everything Jesus all right now 14:57 seriously 14:58 okay so decrees is another good thing 15:00 now you’re the decree expert you know 15:03 I’ve read your book the trade and it’s 15:06 awesome I think everyone needs to 15:08 incorporate decrees it’s one of the 15:09 simple ways that you can release the 15:12 power you already have because if your 15:14 blood you have and a decree is a 15:15 governmental proclamation yeah 15:18 we’ve got the King of Kings the word of 15:20 the King of Kings that we decree and the 15:23 the Bible says that when you send forth 15:26 that word through decree you know that 15:28 word does not return void it 15:30 accomplishes everything it is sent to do 15:32 so it’s powerful it’s active its 15:34 operative as it says in Hebrews and is 15:37 so powerful decrees are so powerful yeah 15:40 you know job talks on we decree a thing 15:41 and it shall be and she’ll be 15:43 established so that helps establish and 15:46 our healing for us in her soul and in 15:49 her body right it’s so cool cuz you know 15:51 Jesus made decrees when he would heal 15:53 people you know he went around saying to 15:55 people that were crippled and stuff 15:57 arise right pick up your mat and walk he 15:59 was releasing a decree to them except 16:01 well that were to rise it’s so cool 16:03 because if you look it up but it’s 16:04 actually a resurrection term it’s the 16:06 same term used for you know the when 16:08 when Jairus daughter arose right and 16:11 when Jesus command us go out heal the 16:13 sick raise the dead so when he would say 16:16 to people arise pick up your Matlock he 16:18 was loosing a decree that was releasing 16:20 the Dunamis he was carrying beautiful 16:22 you know and it would heal that person 16:23 in their in her soul and in their 16:26 physical body right so that’s what we 16:28 need to start doing too is start 16:29 releasing decrees you know that’s why I 16:31 wrote the book so that people could have 16:32 a list of them if they didn’t know what 16:34 to do that it’s called soul a soul 16:36 decrees and so these are specific 16:38 decrees to heal the soul and to empower 16:41 the soul and to come into healing 16:43 wholeness and an empowerment it’s 16:45 awesome when they do them then the 16:47 physical body will follow suit their 16:49 marriage will follow suit you know every 16:51 part of them will follow suit their 16:52 finances will start to prosper right so 16:54 it’s a good practice that’s a very 16:55 simple but totally effective way is 16:57 releasing the Word of God though that’s 17:00 what James says the word has the power 17:02 to save our soul yes you know that word 17:05 say there is so so so it means holy 17:08 deliver prosper yes awesome using we’ve 17:12 seen so many things happen and in our in 17:16 our you know meetings and in our 17:17 personalized to and it happened through 17:20 a decree right like I would get a word 17:22 of knowledge and I would stand on the 17:23 stage and make a decree say a scripture 17:26 or say a decree you know I hear 17:27 someone’s being healed of you know knee 17:30 problems right now someone 17:32 being healed of cancer I find and I 17:34 would speak a scripture and I command 17:36 that your soul would be prospered by 17:37 health even as your body would be 17:39 prospered and brought my health even as 17:41 your soul prospers and then you know 17:43 miracles that start to pop pop pop pop 17:44 pop so it’s very simple for us to do 17:47 this but so very powerful and Katie you 17:50 actually have in your ministry you train 17:52 people how to operate in this it’s not 17:56 like you’re just up there on the 17:57 platform doing this just yourself you 17:59 actually equipped the body to do this 18:02 and I know people have been under your 18:03 training we’re out ministering to the 18:06 sick feeling people’s souls casting out 18:08 Devils all of that and so thank you so 18:10 much for your contribution yeah because 18:12 it’s amazing it’s been super fun but you 18:14 know people don’t feel like they need me 18:17 to lay hands on them because I’m 18:18 teaching them how to do it right you 18:20 know we’ve just even you know even in my 18:22 own inner circle my staff and people in 18:25 in my family in my ministry are getting 18:27 huge miracles signs and wonders because 18:29 they’ve learned how to do it you know 18:31 one of my my very faithful employees 18:34 john blake had a rare disease where he 18:37 had ammonia storing in his brain right 18:39 his body wasn’t releasing it and it 18:41 would cause him like alzheimer’s like 18:43 symptoms right he wouldn’t be able to 18:45 remember remember simple tasks like 18:47 typing he wouldn’t be able to finish his 18:49 sentences his wife would have to finish 18:51 him for him he wouldn’t be able to 18:53 remember the plot of a movie even though 18:54 he just watched the movie it was 18:56 horrible he would spend like $1,500 a 18:58 month on medications that would prevent 18:59 him from going into a coma like sleep 19:02 Wow it was terrible for him and God just 19:04 released a word a nagy one day to us 19:07 said it was his soul that there was an 19:09 issue in the soul and then if we prayed 19:11 for it it would be healed and he would 19:13 be healed too and he came over the house 19:14 and I just you know I prayed over him a 19:16 decrese soaked him and within I don’t 19:19 know probably 45 minutes he stood up and 19:21 the first thing he recognized was that 19:23 his mind was clear Wow he he could think 19:25 so much clearer than he had in years and 19:27 years and then he went home and all his 19:29 life he’d had this smell of ammonia on 19:31 his body and all of a sudden he gets in 19:33 the shower to take a shower and it’s 19:34 gone right he’s so convinced after the 19:36 days you know past that he’s healed he 19:39 has three of his doctors to give a test 19:41 independently each one all comes back 19:43 first time in years his ammonia 19:45 level is normal it’s awesome it was 19:47 awesome awesome a lot of times people 19:49 think that you know like when the soul 19:52 gets healed and then the physical body 19:55 responds but it also affects other areas 19:58 I can there John it says in every 20:00 respect yes in all respects of life I 20:02 want you to prosper and be in health 20:04 even as your soul prospers so that could 20:07 be also your prosperity of provision yes 20:10 your prosperity of relationships and 20:12 that and you’ve seen miracles in those 20:14 areas as well especially in financial 20:17 breakthroughs in people’s lives and you 20:19 know as you yes 20:20 you know seeing clearance in the area of 20:22 the soul then other things come into 20:24 alignment as well I’ve had huge 20:27 financial miracles given to me and the 20:29 ministry because I got my soul healed 20:31 and it was so cool God would always 20:33 connect the miracle with the provision 20:36 coming in like something would happen I 20:38 would have an awareness that there was 20:40 an issue my soul like I’m sure most 20:42 reviewers know my history I think I used 20:45 to be a criminal in the streets I would 20:46 rob people I knew in federal prison I 20:49 was a federal prison I sold dope I was a 20:51 collector I forced people to pay debts 20:53 by gunpoint and I remember when the 20:56 ministry started really taking off the 20:57 Lord said you can’t continue to carry 20:59 around those wounds in your soul that 21:01 came from all that sin right because now 21:03 I have to trust you to steward 21:05 faithfully right and with integrity 21:07 millions of dollar right and that’s no 21:10 joke and we take that seriously 21:11 I mean we’re members of the ECF a that’s 21:13 how serious and I just want to say 21:15 knowing you personally for like since 21:17 you started in ministry really is I want 21:19 to say how much I appreciate your 21:22 integrity you’re a woman of virtue you 21:24 are a woman who truly has watched over 21:26 her soul and you watch over the finance 21:28 of the ministry as unto the Lord in such 21:31 a beautiful way and I want to commend 21:33 you for that and your husband and your 21:35 team we have gone out of our way we have 21:37 independent audits done on us all the 21:39 time to make sure that every eye you 21:42 know is dotted every T is crossed and 21:45 we’ve done really well in that we feel 21:47 really happy that God has allowed us to 21:49 work in that in that level of integrity 21:51 but in all we can’t just say well let me 21:53 just say this because I think this is so 21:55 important there are so many 21:57 Christiane’s you know you’re saved 21:59 you’re you’re you know you you love the 22:02 Lord but when you don’t watch over your 22:05 soul in the area financial stewardship 22:07 and when you don’t have integrity in 22:09 that area how can we be trusted with 22:12 true riches how can we really steward 22:16 what God has us to Stewart so I just 22:18 want you to examine your heart so you 22:20 know and say am i stewarding my finances 22:23 the way that God wants me to store them 22:25 and especially if you’re a Christian 22:27 minister and you are storing the funds 22:29 that come into the ministry I know @xp 22:31 we are very very serious about the way 22:34 funds are handled and that nothing gets 22:37 wasted and that we’re we’re careful with 22:39 expenditures in that and so please you 22:43 know I just make an appeal to you to 22:45 make sure there’s alignment in that area 22:47 and I think let me go to that see when 22:49 we have woundedness inside of us it 22:51 controls every part of our soul the way 22:53 we think about the money the decisions 22:54 we make with the money and we can even 22:56 get emotional with the money and and we 22:58 have to be healed in our soul right now 23:00 in that parable of the talents remember 23:02 the master leaves and goes his servants 23:03 talents we said that he gave three of 23:05 his servants talents according to their 23:07 abilities right did you know that word 23:09 ability there is the word Dunamis really 23:12 well you can almost read it like this 23:13 excellence of soul right it means that 23:16 he gave them talents according to the 23:17 exercise oh wow we have the Dunamis in 23:20 notes we all have the same mana 23:22 tournament yeah we all have a tankful 23:23 that never runs out but how much of it 23:25 is that working us right how much of in 23:27 are we releasing how much are we going 23:29 okay I I want to make sure I am totally 23:31 operating with utmost integrity in my 23:33 finances so I want and releases Dunamis 23:35 I already have from my spirit in my soul 23:37 to heal every wound in my soul that 23:39 might be connected to finances right I 23:41 repent for anything I’ve done 23:42 you know bad stewardship wastefulness 23:44 AXS extortion anything an enemy soul 23:48 that needs money to make it feel good 23:50 yeah you know the idolatry of it yes I 23:52 remember some people there are adorable 23:54 people that love Jesus they had gotten 23:56 an inheritance and they called me so 23:58 would you please help us decide what to 24:00 to you know invest in and so I began to 24:03 pray with them and I said you know I 24:04 feel like you’re supposed to wait until 24:06 you get more healing in your soul before 24:07 you move on then that night the the wife 24:10 has a dream she has a huge diamond 24:11 and these zombies are trying to steal it 24:13 from her she calls me and tells me the 24:15 dream and I said oh my gosh it’s what I 24:17 told you see zombies are the walking 24:19 dead right that’s what soul wounds are 24:21 there are things that are supposed to be 24:22 dead but they’re still alive and kicking 24:24 and they’re trying to eat your stuff Wow 24:26 okay and I said they’re trying these 24:28 soul wounds are gonna try to steal your 24:30 diamond your watch don’t make a move 24:33 until you get more healing they didn’t 24:36 listen though and they lost it all oh 24:38 they lost every penny we have to be so 24:41 careful we need to be healed in here 24:43 first yes then God will give us more 24:45 finances because he can trust us and 24:47 when you make decrees over your soul 24:50 that actually helps fortify the healing 24:53 though we just have a couple minutes 24:55 left I love to minister to the people so 24:58 why don’t you go as a spirit lead too 25:01 and let’s release healing to soul wounds 25:03 all right let’s work on the finances 25:06 because so many people need help in that 25:07 area let’s just ask God to first cleanse 25:09 us of any sin we might have committed 25:11 with our finances so why don’t we just 25:13 pray together okay just say Lord Jesus 25:15 our repent for anything sinful that I 25:21 have done with my finances our repent 25:24 for excess bad stewardship extortion 25:28 gambling Ussery manipulation in Jesus 25:34 name all sin I’ll repent for that’s 25:38 connected to my finances I put the blood 25:40 of Jesus on it 25:41 I’m just saying into that okay now let’s 25:44 do the second step because if you don’t 25:46 if you don’t start releasing Dunamis in 25:48 you you won’t become excellent of soul 25:49 that wound will still be their sins gone 25:51 but the wound stays behind controlling 25:53 you okay so not just put your hand on 25:54 your belly and just say Jesus I released 25:57 what I already have I have a tank full 26:00 of Dunamis and I release it now to go 26:03 into my soul to every woundedness in me 26:07 that’s controlling my finances send 26:10 Dunamis into my mind so I think right 26:12 thoughts about money send it to my will 26:15 so I get healed and make right decisions 26:17 about my money and send it into my 26:20 emotions so I don’t make emotional 26:22
