An overwhelming majority fear and avoid change, yet change is one of the best things for mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical development. Even if we are one of those rare people who like change, it is often becuase we are more in love with the idea of change than the process itself. If it is so good why do we hate change? In this episode I discuss why we avoid change, how to train your brain to embrace and love change, and how to know when change is good and worth the effort.
