EXERCISES
1) Reverse Lunge & Press
2) Single Leg Deadlift
3) Single Leg Row
4) Plank Twist
5) Half Turkish Get-up

Perform 10 – 12 reps for each exercise, on each side and switch over. Aim to complete 2 – 3 sets.
