U.S. Olympic Athlete Lolo Jones Praises God Through Hip Surgery Recovery

In October 2015, Olympic track-and-field athlete Lolo Jones, underwent surgery to repair her torn hip labrum. However, she is continuing to set progressive goals for herself on the road to her recovery.
According to the Christian Post Jones commented on social media, “Less than two months after hip surgery, I was able to hurdle for the first time. I was nervous to return,” Jones wrote on Instagram. “My prayer for you guys tonight is that courage always rises when things attempt to intimidate you. Today, I did baby hurdles.”
At the beginning of 2015, she announced her decision to engage in a period of consecration. She announced via Instagram, “I want all that God promised for me in 2015.” Read more… christianpost.com
