It has always been Victory’s vision to reach as many as possible with the good news of Jesus Christ. They’re a church of more than 100 different nationalities, a wide range of ages, singles, married couples, families, and people from all different church backgrounds. Each service is designed around two primary elements: worship & teaching. Along with a live band, they worship the Lord together in an energetic and intimate atmosphere. Then they open the Bible and dive into the Word through teaching.

Victory was founded in 1990 by Pastors Dennis & Colleen Rouse. Their vision was based on Acts 1:8, “But you shall receive power after the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all of Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

About Pastors Dennis and Colleen Rouse

The Rouses are deeply committed to encouraging each individual to reach their highest potential in Christ. The dream began with a mere 6 people meeting in the living room of a small apartment in 1990.

Today, Victory’s main campus in Norcross, GA welcomes thousands of people from over 100 nations each weekend. The ministry has expanded to include Victory Midtown and Victory @ Hamilton Mill in Buford, GA.
