This 10 minute workout uses no equipment and will get your heart pumping with some intervals of kickboxing, then strengthen and stretch your muscles with some intervals of yoga flow. Your heart rate will stay up the whole time, but you’ll circuit with high intensity intervals and lower intensity intervals. Options for all fitness levels.
