⅓ cup coconut water
⅔ cup frozen strawberries
⅓ cup mini cucumber, sliced
2 oz tofu
1 Tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup ice cubes

1 cup roasted sweet potato cubes
1 carrot peeled & diced
¼ cup yogurt of choice
½ cup nut milk of choice
½ cup carrot juice
1 cup ice
honey, to taste
½ tsp vanilla extract

pinch of nutmeg

1 banana, frozen
½ avocado

¼ cup red beets, cooked (canned)
