Discover which common ingredients in the foods you eat pose the greatest risk to your health. Know the 5 ingredients to avoid on food labels!

Food labels and ingredients can be very confusing and complicated with hidden names. When you look on the back of a food label, pay close attention and you want to actually make sure these five ingredients are not in the top five on the food label. Try to either avoid them completely or consume in absolute minimal for better health.

If you can’t pronounce it, DON’T eat it! Eat clean, eat healthy, practice moderation and remember to find the right balance. =)
