Homeless at the age of 13, Xavier had nowhere to go. He was terrified and unsure of where he would get his next meal. His only goal? Wake up. At 35, though, he had a meal at Portland Rescue Mission that changed everything. Xavier had a meal at the Burnside Shelter that gave him hope and started to restore his life.
