Sharon Cunningham of U-Fit 2 Health and Wellness nonprofit gears her workouts around gospel music.She has been doing these Gospel Groove workouts during the National Black Theatre Festival (NBTF) since 1993.
She says the reason for incorporating gospel music into her workouts is because “that’s who I am.”She said gospel music heals, lifts and elevates when you listen to it.

Excavations in Lower Galilee are unearthing a cave in which archaeologists have found thousands of chalkstone cores and other types of production waste, including fragments of stone mugs and bowls in various stages of production. This production center is not far from the ancient city of Cana where Jesus performed his first recorded miracle, turning water into wine.
