World Vision works in some of the most remote areas in the world to provide clean water and help lift people out of poverty. | I(mage courtesy: worldvision.org
When children have access to clean water, they get to go to school, they get to spend time with their families, they get to live their lives without the fear of getting sick from something they have to drink to survive. They get the opportunities life has to offer that they have never been able to take advantage of before.
Hundreds of children die everyday from diarrhea caused by contaminated water, poor sanitation, and improper hygiene. But World Vision believes the global water and sanitation crisis can be solved within our lifetimes.

Chuck Lawless: "We tend to see a problem and do our best to fix it, often without ever seeking God in the first place. When God does make us wait, it feels like we’re wasting valuable time."

The Gospel is not about self-help; it is about self-abandonment. It is not about the pursuit of our own dreams; it is about the pursuit of the will of God.
If you want to truly experience all that Christ has offered to you, then you must die to yourself. Before you experience the riches of Heaven, you must experience the stripping away of self.
Dr. Myles Munroe: "When you believe in your dream and your vision, then it begins to attract its own resources. No one was born to be a failure." | Image courtesy: munroeglobal.com
Dr. Myles Munroe: Success is designed by God to be predictable. So you can literally plan success. I am successful today in my life, globally impacting millions of people because I made a decision as a teenager as to what I want to be and do.
God designed everything he created to be successful. You will never see a bird who cannot fly naturally. You never see a fish who cannot swim naturally. Every seed, if you put it in the ground and give it water, you don't need to pray. It is designed to bring forth the tree.
