Her advice is to you: “Forget about the labels, fad diets, and what anyone says is “healthy,” and learn to make informed decisions about what is best for you.” On this channel, you will find fun and inspiring videos with delicious recipes, tips, tutorials and a little kookiness.
What began as her personal challenge to eat clean for 100 days on Instagram has become a journey of sharing recipes, creating YouTube videos, sharing fitness tips and general advice for living a healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to help people find true balance with their chosen lifestyle, and to practice the journey that resonates with them.
