Monday Word: Survive the Counterattack!

In today’s #MondayWord, Ryan urges you to survive the counterattack​! What is a counterattack? It is defined as an attack made in response or defense against an attack made by another. In other words, the Enemy is threatened by our advancement. Elijah experienced a counterattack in 1 King 19 when Jezebel sent a messenger to threaten his life just after he had an amazing victory on the mountain. Often times, like Elijah, we tend to personalize the warfare. However, it is important that we identify counterattacks for what they are and persevere through them!
